May May Designs llc. offers secure ordering through it's online Google shopping cart at MayMayDesignsllc.blogspot.com. E-mailing credit card information is against your credit card company's policy. Any terms of use or policy information can be changed at any time without warning or notice.
Payment Terms
• All orders are subject to acceptance by PayPal and May May Designs llc. Please read carefully both parties terms and policies.
• Purchase Orders are accepted from approved agencies. Shipping charges must be included on purchase order. Past due balances are subject to finance charges.
• Orders from individuals are gladly accepted. Payment by credit card must be submitted with order. If you wish to pay with a Money Order, please call me before ordering for availability and shipping quote.
• Please call for shipping rates to areas outside of the contiguous U.S. A minimal post office fee of $8.00 will be added to those orders not being shipped by USPS.
• Additionally, May May Designs llc. reserves the right to pass on any additional postage/shipping costs to the consumer, as needed.
• Only US funds accepted. Foreign orders must be prepaid or on credit card. Please email for item availability and shipping quote.
• There is a $20.00 US fee on all canceled or returned orders.
• Prices subject to change without notice, including shipping/handling rates as needed.
• Substitutions on ribbon color or design may be made without notice on an order, if the ribbon chosen is out of stock or canceled by manufacturer. Ribbon color and style will be carefully matched to what was ordered.
Returns/Loss/Damages/Errors
• Please check your order promptly. Damages from shipment must be reported to the carrier immediately and taken care of through them. If a stitching defect is found in the bag within 10 days after receiving the bag, promptly contact me. Any stitching defect must only be caused from original sewing. If the bag's damages were caused from neglect or improper use or care, there will be no exchange and any shipping charges will be your responsibility. May May Designs llc. reserves the right to decline return orders if the defect claims are unfounded.
• All unwanted returns require proof and date of purchase, plus a copy of your receipt and will not be accepted without prior authorization from May May Designs llc. All returns are subject to a $20.00 US fee and all returns must be made/shipped within 30 days of receipt of order. A refund will only be given after the product has been returned, UNUSED, toy bag unopened, in original packaging, and is found un-defective and all toys returned. Write RETURN on the top of the box before shipping. Your return shipping will not be reimbursed for unwanted, returned items. The $20.00 unwanted return fee will be taken out of your total purchase. Your additional money will be paid by money order.
• If May May Designs llc. makes an error in shipping a product that was not your original order (not including ribbon change if supply changes), you must immediately contact me by email, within 3 days of receiving the product, at MayMayDesignsllc@gmail.com to notify me of the error. You then must send back ONLY the Lindy-Lu Bag, keeping the toys, with the product UNUSED and in original packaging, by standard shipping within 7 business days of receiving the product. May May Designs llc. will reimburse you for your shipping charge up to $7 dollars, only if it is sent standard shipping, and will not charge you for shipping back your items. Proof of error must be shown to receive an exchange.

Safety/Conditions of Sale
• When using our toys and materials, safety recommendations posted on this website and on the papers that accompany each shipped item must be followed. The developmental age of the client or client’s child should be considered for use and safety recommendations, rather then the chronological age. Adult supervision and common sense should also be used at all times.
• Since results obtained with the use of our toys and materials depend greatly on circumstances beyond our control, we cannot assume and we disclaim responsibility for any damage, expense, or injury of any kind associated with the use of toys and materials sold by May May Designs llc.. Failure to notify us before ordering shall constitute acceptance of these conditions of sale.
*This is just a note to let you know that we are aware of, and are working to fully comply with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008. The warning labels you see on my website are part of the compliance toward this Safety Act. As always: where small parts, marbles, or any other items that can possibly be a choking hazard, are part of a product, adult supervision should be provided.
